TRUSTING THE GOD OF THE IMPOSSIBLITIES

Have you reached the place where the doctors say “we can’t,” the bank says no, and even your own heart says “I’m done”? This book was written for exactly that place. Rev. Dr. Letema Saruni Laizer spent seven years living what he calls his own version of the woman in Mark 5 — spending everything, trying everything, and growing worse instead of better. Trusting the God of the Impossibilities is the testimony that came out of that season: a book born not in a library, but in hospital rooms and midnight prayers. Through the stories of Sarah’s long-delayed promise, Jairus’s dying daughter, the woman who touched Jesus’ garment after twelve years of suffering, and the author’s own healing after seven years of illness, this book walks readers through eleven chapters exploring who God is when every human option has run out — the God whose name means “I CAN,” who parts seas, calls the dead from tombs, and meets people at the wall of their impossibility. Each chapter combines Scripture, biblical storytelling, reflection questions, and prayer, closing with an invitation to know Jesus not as a historical figure, but as a living Person standing at the door —knocking, and ready to be let in.

DELIGHT YOURSELF IN HIS WORDS

Delight Yourself in His Words is a 20-chapter devotional built on Jesus’ invitation to abide in Him, the True Vine (John 15:1-4). Rev. Dr. Letema Laizer leads readers through the spiritual disciplines that deepen a believer’s walk with Christ — seeking God’s kingdom first, prayer, praise and worship, fasting, Scripture meditation, forgiveness, emotional healing, renewing the mind, and daily obedience — culminating in a vision of spiritual maturity and Christlikeness. Each chapter pairs biblical examples with practical teaching, reflection questions, and a commitment prayer, moving readers from simply knowing God’s Word to truly delighting in it. Designed for daily devotional use or small-group study, this book is an invitation to move beyond information about God into transforming fellowship with Him.
