Craig Caster is the founder and director of FDM.world ministry. He left his professional career as a land developer in January 1993 to serve the Lord full time. He was ordained in 1995 through Calvary Chapel and has gained a reputation among many evangelical churches within the U.S. and abroad, as a trusted resource for discipleship training, counseling, exhorting men, as well as an inspiring speaker. He has developed biblically based discipleship workbooks in marriage, and parenting and has taught thousands through seminars hosted in churches and conferences both here and internationally.

Over the last 30 years pastor Craig has counseled hundreds of couples struggling with marriage and parenting issues. Through that experience, God led him to use a discipleship focused method of counseling that has brought healing and transformation to hundreds of families. He founded the Family Discipleship Ministry Institute “FDMI” online school in 2021 that has students from around the world receiving training in their own languages. Most of the students are pastors and church leaders from many different Christian denominations. He has been married since 1980, has three grown children and grandchildren.
