Empowering Pastors in Chennai, India

Praise the Lord!

On July 12, FDM held a meaningful and impactful pastors’ training at Grace Blessed Church of God in Anagaputhur, Chennai. The event was conducted in the presence of Bishop Victor Karunakaran and Bishop Martin (Anglican Bishop), and was graciously organized by Bishop S. S. J. Raj.

Over 46 pastors and leaders gathered for this four-hour training focused on spiritual growth, ministry development, and the importance of strong family foundations. The session was marked by deep fellowship, insightful teaching, and encouragement for those laboring in the field of ministry.

The training covered the following key topics:

• Session 1: Making Disciples a Priority
  A call to return to the heart of the Great Commission—raising up true disciples of Christ.

• Session 2: Marriage & Family Foundations
  This session began with personal reflections on family experiences and marriage. It then explored God’s purpose for marriage and the essential role of spiritual grounding in building a strong and lasting union.

• Session 3: Balancing Family and Ministry
  A candid and practical discussion on how to faithfully serve in ministry while nurturing and protecting the home.
